About Anne
Three decades of building the unglamorous infrastructure that lets businesses scale.
Anne Light spent more than three decades inside Duke University administration — managing people and processes, building programs from scratch, owning budgeting and financial management, as well as advising students and leaders. She listens actively, identifies patterns, thinks strategically, and navigates through change.
That's a rare combination: someone who understands the spreadsheet, the org chart, and the human conversation that has to happen before either of them works. Now, she brings that lens to founders who are ready to stop being the bottleneck in their own business.
